Job Title: Family Medicine Consultant

Job Summary:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Family Medicine Consultant to join our esteemed hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the family medicine team, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality family medicine care to patients, encompassing preventive, curative, and restorative services.
  • Provide consultative services as requested, utilizing your expertise to address complex medical issues.
  • Supervise and mentor fellows, staff, and residents, fostering a culture of excellence in family medicine.
  • Participate in research activities, contributing to the advancement of family medicine practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and implement best practices.
  • Participate in committees and administrative functions as required, contributing to the strategic growth and development of the hospital.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a reputable medical school.
  • Completion of a required period of training in family medicine.
  • Saudi Arabian or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or fellowship status in reputable medical associations, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
  • A recognized certificate from the Saudi Commission is a must.
  • Dataflow certification is also required.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in family medicine.
  • Registration with the Saudi Board Council as a professional member.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic being beneficial.
