**Job Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional surveying certification (RICS) is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in railway surveying or a related field working with an international engineering consultant.
  • Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and GIS systems
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of railway infrastructure and systems
  • Familiarity with local and international surveying standards and regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and maps
  • Willingness to work in various locations across Riyadh and surrounding areas
  • Capability to work effectively in hot climate conditions
