About the Job
">We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team and drive performance for CABLIVI and the upcoming launch of Hemophilia medication.
">Main Responsibilities
">- ">
- Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, presenting information and marketing new therapeutic products to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient identification numbers are met.">
- Ensure the success of the assigned brands in terms of indication, positioning, accessibility of the product.">
- Maximize short- and long-term sales volumes in line with Company strategies, local regulations and Sanofi compliance rules.">
- Implement launch and tactical marketing plans that align with local business strategy and meet agreed targets.">
Key Performance Indicators
">- ">
- Pre-launch responsibilities include identifying customers, mapping accounts and patient journeys, educating key stakeholders on disease and its impact, identifying listing opportunities for Hemophilia medication and ensuring development and implementation of launch and tactical marketing plans.">
- Post-launch responsibilities include overseeing sales promotion, supplying medical information, developing visit plans, maintaining and updating product knowledge and gathering market intelligence.">
- The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Pharmacy or Medicine, minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, and experience in Rare Blood Disorders, Hemophilia.">
- The role requires robust knowledge engagements with Hematologists, basic marketing knowledge, selling skills, analytical skills, project management skills, communication and negotiation skills, relationship management, planning and organizing, results-driven and strategic thinking, scientific acumen and teamwork.">
- Travel to remote regions is involved in this role.">
