Job Description

The Cloud Solutions Expert will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our services to customers, building scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements, delivering regional technical implementations and solution design, providing support and troubleshooting, conducting proactive services with clients, and improving the overall customer experience.

The role requires a high sense of responsibility and ownership, exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently or in a team, handle many tasks and responsibilities, and maintain composure during stressful situations.

  • Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate our services to customers.
  • Scope of Work: Build scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements.
  • Implementation: Deliver regional technical implementations and solution design.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting solutions to complex problems.
  • Proactive Services: Conduct proactive services with clients through risk assessments, health checks, code reviews, and other similar offerings.
  • Critical Situation Support: Provide reactive and 24x7 critical situation support to address critical customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
