We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Ohio Masonic Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing hot foods for our residents' meals, daily specials, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of bulk foods for cooking
  • Cooking food on commercial kitchen equipment using standardized recipes
  • Assistance with and preparation of catering items
  • Determination of food quantity based on production sheets and menus
  • Maintenance of clean production area and kitchen equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience with short-order cooking in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal guidelines for food preparation
