Bond Treasury Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Bond Treasury Management Expert to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bid and performance bond applications for MMC MENA entities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in bond management will play a crucial role in maintaining a strong financial position for our company.

You will work closely with our Dubai team to track bond status and applications, and serve as the main liaison between MMC Treasury & Business on bond application processes. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying and addressing liquidity shortfalls and driving banking relationships to support MENA bond processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete bid and performance bond applications for MMC MENA entities.
  • Maintain a bond tracker for Business, Finance, and Controllers.
  • Work closely with the Dubai team on bond status and applications.
  • Main liaison between MMC Treasury & Business on bond application processes.
  • Analyze and address liquidity shortfalls.
  • Drive and improve banking relationships in support of MENA bond processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in a centralized corporate or banking treasury function.
  • Experience working with colleagues across MENA is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and AML protocols is required.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Experience in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent data skills using Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, and ERP systems.
  • Previous exposure to banking platforms such as HSBC and Citibank.
