About the Role:

As a Recruiter at Noon Academy, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent who share our passion for education. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Identification: Source and attract top talent through various strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
