Telecommunications Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Network Specialist to join our team at Eureka (Pvt) Ltd. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various telecommunications equipment, including TDM Switching, Digital Microwave Radio, SDH Transmission, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled maintenance of all switching, DMRS, transmission, access, SMR, IT, cryptographic, and cable equipment, including completion of electronic workbook and database records.
- Restore service on all switching, DMRS, transmission, access, SMR, IT, cryptographic, and cable network faults under the supervision of the Regional Control Centre. Complete Maintenance Service Outage (MSO) reports within 24-hours and Fault Investigation Reports (FIR) within 48-hours of service restoration.
- Restore service on IT server platforms that provide operation and management capabilities.
- Ensure all MIC, MSO, and FIR records and reports are completed as per the company processes and procedures.
- Provide field support for Hajj and Janadriyah festivals and Royal Inspection Tours to desert locations.
- Perform other ancillary tasks related to the main job function as delegated by the immediate management.
- Be prepared to serve at other locations as and when required to meet business needs.
- Provide 'on the job training' to technicians as directed by regional management.
- An ONC/D or equivalent in a relevant telecommunication engineering subject.
- At least 3 years telecommunications experience that includes transmission and switching or transmission and tetra equipments.
- At least 3 years network communications experience including interaction with a control center.
- IT competence in the operation of Microsoft Office.
- Fit to climb towers and masts after training.
- Must have a driving license from the country of origin and a valid KSA driving license.
