Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Operations Leader to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As the Financial Director at MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub, you will lead the entire finance and accounting function across multiple entities, including our holding company (Cayman Islands) and various operating companies in KSA, India, UAE, and additional geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:
    1. Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub's overall business objectives and growth plans.
    2. Advise the executive leadership team on financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation to optimize value creation and shareholder returns.
    3. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to fund operations, investments, and expansion initiatives.
  2. Accounting & Compliance:
    1. Lead all accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closes, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
    2. Ensure compliance with local GAAP or IFRS (as applicable), as well as tax regulations and reporting requirements in each operating region.
    3. Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain accurate financial records and mitigate risks.
  3. Cross-Entity Coordination & Consolidation:
    1. Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across multiple legal entities in KSA, India, UAE, and other regions.
    2. Collaborate with local accounting teams and external advisors to manage statutory audits, tax filings, and financial obligations specific to each jurisdiction.
    3. Maintain a centralized view of financial performance, providing clear consolidated dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
  4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:
    1. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to set realistic, data-driven targets.
    2. Provide variance analysis and insights on business performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas needing corrective action.
    3. Develop and monitor key financial KPIs (e.g., burn rate, runway, gross margins, cash position) to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  5. Financial Operations & Systems:
    1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, treasury, and bank relationships.
    2. Implement financial systems or ERP tools to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
    3. Ensure robust processes for expense management, vendor payments, and credit control in alignment with company policies.
  6. Corporate Governance & Risk Management:
    1. Maintain the corporate governance framework for the group, ensuring board-level compliance and timely shareholder reporting.
    2. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposures, regulatory changes, and credit risks.
    3. Collaborate with legal counsel on matters such as entity structuring, contract reviews, and due diligence for investments or acquisitions.
  7. Team Leadership & Development:
    1. Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, empowering them with the tools and training to deliver operational excellence.
    2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in financial management, compliance, and performance measurement.
    3. Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Operations, Product, and Sales, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure financial alignment.
