Job Summary:

The NETS-International Group is seeking a mid-senior level professional to join our Managed Service Network Security team in Riyadh, KSA. As a seasoned SOC professional, you will lead the security operations center, overseeing the effective management of SOC operations, coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and orchestration of major incident responses.

SOC Management:

  • Ensure the overall security posture of the organization through effective management of security operations.
  • Lead the integration of new security architectural features into existing infrastructures.
  • Develop and implement effective processes for SOC operations.
  • Provide technical guidance using extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, security infrastructure, and related areas.
  • Measure and report on SOC performance metrics to executive management.

Team Management:

  • Oversee hiring, training, and evaluating SOC staff.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders and engineers.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties to develop crisis communication plans.
  • Orchestrate the managed service response to major incidents.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in security operations activities.
  • Extensive technical experience in security operations and monitoring environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
  • Creative and critical thinking: able to think outside the box.
