Developmental Behavior Psychologist

The Developmental Behavior Psychologist role at Antal International Network - IME offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents dealing with developmental and behavioral disorders.

You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating these patients using evidence-based methods, while also working closely with families, schools, and healthcare teams to optimize their mental health and developmental outcomes.

1. Provide expert care to patients with developmental and behavioral disorders.
2. Offer consultative services to healthcare professionals as requested.
3. Supervise and lead junior staff members to ensure they deliver high-quality patient care.
4. Develop and implement training programs for residents and fellows in pediatric psychiatry.
5. Contribute to research initiatives focused on enhancing our understanding and treatment of pediatric behavioral health.
6. Work collaboratively with pediatricians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
7. Maintain adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
8. Apply evidence-based therapies, including CBT and play therapy, to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Hold a graduate degree from a reputable medical school.
• Meet the requirements for completion of pediatric psychiatry training.
• Possess American board certification or its equivalent, along with 3-4 years of experience post-board certification.
• Demonstrate membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent, meeting the criteria for a consultant role.
• Hold a certificate recognized by the Saudi commission.
• Be registered with Dataflow.
