About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and commercially-oriented operational legal support to management/business units/functions in KSA. They will advise on a wide array of strategic projects on the corporate and commercial side, including the setup of new presences and the evaluation/implementation of new business models.

  • Provide practical and strategic advice to business clients on legal issues relating to their businesses/operations and projects.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with third parties, such as suppliers, hospitals, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), and healthcare providers.
  • Manage the implementation and supervision of distributor policies, including review and approval of distributors, negotiation of distributor agreements, and conducting distributor monitoring programs.
  • Counsel on legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and non-commercial agreements.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong academic credentials and degree from a recognized law school.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in an international firm or law firm.
  • Work experience in KSA.
  • Excellent legal skills and commercial acumen.
  • Solid judgment and integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
