Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence distribution.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements.
- Monitor and control office supplies inventory, ordering replacements as necessary, and manage monthly expenses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office facilities management-related tasks, filing systems, and provide administrative support to the EMEA team.
- Ccoordinate complex schedules and logistics.
- Ensure a professional, well-organized office environment.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to develop and implement a results-driven marketing communications and events strategy that supports global corporate and cross-department initiatives.
- Oversee marketing activities, guaranteeing timely reviews of assets and elements to meet deadlines.
- Support the EMEA Finance team in various administrative tasks.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of office management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant labor laws.
- Proficient in working with governmental portals.
- Familiarity with visa, work permit, and residence procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to handle issues independently and make informed decisions.
- Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in a technical organization is desirable.
