We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmaceutical care professional to join our team as a senior pharmacy operations manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading assigned areas within the department and overseeing the delivery of pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned areas within the department in Pharmaceutical Care.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement programs and JCIA standards to enhance pharmacy services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the level of performance within assigned areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy, or
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) Degree from a North American accredited program.
  • Holders of Bachelor's degree: Ten (10) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least four (4) years in a leadership role/position, or
  • Holders of Master's degree/PharmD (non-North American approved program): Eight (8) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadership role/position, or
  • Holders of North American accredited Pharm.D. program/(non-North American accredited Pharm.D. with completion of a residency program)/Master's degree: Six (6) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadership role/position.
