Product Sales Expert

Promoting and selling products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly is a key responsibility of this role. This position involves performing certain after-sales support functions such as conducting in-service training, follow-up on collection, coaching junior staff, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching junior staff, providing them with information about the market, customers, and products, and assisting them with their deals.
- Performing consultative sales methods in prospecting clients to identify or create the need for products and continuously updating customers on product modifications and enhancements.
- Scheduling appointments, meeting existing and new customers to promote products and determining other opportunities.
- Conducting professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services at customer sites through effective use of sales aids and marketing data.
- Providing adequate information about new prospects and clients, including ownership, relevant client equipment, and status, and updating customer databases with contact details.
- Submitting reports on sales activities, competitor activities, and pricing changes in a timely manner.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and working towards enhancing these relations and generating new business accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or any scientific-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales. Experience in Dermatology line is an advantage.
- KSA-based candidates with transferable Iqama.
- KSA Driving License + car.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is mandatory.
