The Cafe Specialist at TAJRID is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality coffee beverages, efficient service, and a warm atmosphere.

1. Crafting Drinks: Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using professional equipment, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
2. Service Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working condition.
3. Guest Engagement: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests, assisting with menu selection and customization, and addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
4. Upselling and Recommendations: Offer personalized product suggestions based on guest preferences, contributing to increased sales and guest satisfaction.

1. A High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be a Saudi National.
3. Some experience as a Barista in a similar environment.
4. Ability to engage and interact with guests effectively.
5. Capable of multitasking in high-pressure environments.
