We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their performance and overall job satisfaction.
  • Accurately processing information and documentation related to customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal/external contacts to facilitate open communication.
  • Effectively coordinating the movement of goods into and out of the business, including ordering, distribution, and inventory tracking.
  • Contributing to the planning and management of packaging materials, and maintaining accurate records of sales, maintenance, and production order entry.
  • Streamlining logistics operations by scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries, and preparing daily receiving and shipping schedules.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in Tasnee's Supply Chain Systems, including knowledge of transportation emergency response, inventory management, and warehouse management best practices.
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
