We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Leasing Manager to lead our leasing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing support to ensure the successful execution of leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract potential tenants and drive business growth.
  2. Negotiate lease and sales terms in line with established criteria, ensuring maximum value for our clients.
  3. Provide transaction-related services, including market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, and drafting proposals, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  4. Manage relationships with outside brokers, maintaining open communication and fostering strong partnerships.
  5. Assist in developing marketing materials, such as flyers, floor plans, brochures, and stacking plans, to effectively promote available spaces.
  6. Report on calling program status, client interactions, potential deals generated, and issues or concerns to senior personnel.
  7. Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations to prevent losses.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in Retail/Malls leasing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is required.
  3. Knowledge of regional real estate markets is a significant advantage.
  4. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
