We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our customers.
About the TeamThe sales team is comprised of experts in account management, business development, and customer service. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will manage key accounts, develop and achieve sales targets, and create business plans for current and future opportunities. You will also engage in thorough prospecting activities, identify key decision-makers, and facilitate meetings to begin the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing business relationships to expand the customer base and improve existing relationships
- Creating exceptional sales pitches for prospective clients
- Engaging in thorough prospecting activities, including researching and identifying potential leads, to build a strong pipeline of future opportunities
- Developing detailed account plans that outline strategies for engaging and expanding relationships with key accounts
- Penetrating targeted accounts and radiating sales from within the client base
- Approaching and engaging with clients across various sectors, ensuring tailored solutions that meet unique needs
- Identifying key decision-makers within targeted leads and facilitating meetings to begin the sales process
- Meeting expected growth targets determined by sales management
- Establishing lasting relationships and regularly following up with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell
- Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest products and sales information; renewing client contracts at set intervals and maintaining clear client sales records
