About the Role
  • Establish and maintain a robust fixed asset control policy aligned with industry best practices.
  • Classify and reconcile new fixed assets on a monthly basis to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with factory and branch accountants to ensure proper affixation of fixed asset tags.
  • Justify fixed asset write-off proposals and perform physical counts yearly with asset owners.
  • Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of trade assets and provide depreciation calculations to the accounting team.
  • Track and report capital expenditures in the CIAT system.
  • Contribute to annual investment budgeting and coordinate with production areas to consolidate data.
