Assistant Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor laws, particularly for the construction and EPC sector.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor work permits and visas for employees.
  • Implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with managers to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in large industrial or commercial companies, with a minimum of 1-2 years as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in policy development and performance management.
