As a Cssd Technician at Magrabi Hospitals & Centers, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and instrument preparation in our medical facilities.

1. Instrument Inspection and Cleaning: Conduct thorough inspections of all used instruments and materials returned from operating theaters, wards, and clinics to ensure accurate identification and proper cleaning procedures.
2. Disinfection and Sterilization: Implement meticulous disinfection protocols for infected materials, utilizing protective clothing and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Cleaning and Preparation: Select and operate the most suitable cleaning programs for instruments using ultrasonic cleaning machines and washing machines, ensuring optimal results.
4. Specialized Sterilization: Identify thermolabile items and sterilize them using ethylene oxide gas sterilizers, adhering to precise time, cycle, and placement guidelines to ensure effective sterilization.
5. Equipment Operation: Safely operate the ultrasonic fine lumen cleaner and sonic irrigator, ensuring correct placement and transfer of instruments to different tanks at the right time.
6. Instrument Assembly and Testing: Assemble cleaned surgical instruments into sets, inspecting and testing each item for sharpness, alignment, and functionality.
7. Packing and Labeling: Pack sets in accordance with sterile techniques and medical arrangement procedures, labeling each set with official names, expiry dates, packing dates, and batching codes.
8. Operating Material Preparation: Assemble and prepare various operating materials, including lithotomy, abdominal sets, surgeon's gowns, and necessary packs for daily operations.

Requirements

• Graduation from a reputable University.
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in the same field.
• Licensed in Sterilization.
