The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment methodologies and a strong network of contacts within the industry. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting activities within your region in France and EMEA when required by leading full cycles searches.
  • Manage the recruitment process in the region to ensure consistency and guarantee a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies, effectively using social media and other tools to identify specific candidate pools, developing a strong knowledge of the markets we recruit from.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs; share and discuss market trends; and navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on SLA.

Requirements:

  • You have a university degree or comparable qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition in an international environment.
  • Sourcing skills: You have gained your sourcing skills working in a recruitment agency or as a sourcer in an in-house team.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage stakeholders and partners but also how to present yourself.
  • Languages:
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Team player: You can be only as good as your team is and believe in teamwork.
