We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Fletcher Piccolo Associates. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing procurement and contract negotiations, and identifying and mitigating commercial risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing the financial and contractual aspects of large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy and develop cost-effective solutions that align with project goals.
- Manage procurement and contract negotiations to ensure value-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between finance, development, and project teams.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial management within a real estate developer or a PMC.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
