Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of our real estate operations, including evaluating new opportunities, managing relationships with landlords and agents, and driving business growth through effective market analysis and location scouting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and validate new real estate opportunities, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management review.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local landlords and agents, fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Oversee the Shop Validation Report (SVR) process, collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  4. Sustain an accurate Lease Tenancy Schedule, detailing critical business information and lease commitments.
  5. Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to identify prime and anchor locations, refining our market presence.
  7. Design, implement, and refine a real estate management system, promoting best practices and operational excellence.
  8. Verify and validate output, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements, regulatory requirements, and tenant expectations.
  9. Offer expert administrative support to the Real Estate team, facilitating smooth operations and informed decision-making.
  10. Create and maintain performance metrics and reporting tools, driving business success and continuous improvement.
