Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and user needs.
  2. Content Creation and Optimization: Write clear, concise, and engaging content for our website and app in both Arabic and English. Create and manage multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics. Develop interactive tools and features to enhance user engagement. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it meets accessibility standards.
  3. Content Management: Collaborate with our Content Management System team to manage and update content efficiently. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all content. Implement best practices for content maintenance, including regular reviews and updates.
  4. User Experience and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly designs and layouts. Ensure all content is accessible and adheres to WCAG guidelines.
  5. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of content in lower environments before going live. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix issues. Validate that all content meets quality, accessibility, and performance standards before production deployment.
  6. Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor content performance and user behavior. Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Regularly review and update content based on data insights and user feedback.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in content design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  2. Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on web content.
  3. Experience with SEO, UX/UI design, and content management systems.
  4. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  5. Bilingual in Arabic and English.
