Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising teams, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service. They will also have excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the food and beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct stock takes, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices meet the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with POS systems, and knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
