Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest quality and consistency of products.
  • FOLLOW all beverage recipes and procedures as outlined by the company.
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional flavors and differences.
  • Provide fast, friendly, personalized service to all customers, developing a rapport by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
  • Produce consistent quality even during busy times and under pressure.
  • Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
  • Answer customer questions regarding beverages, preparation, and product freshness.
  • Weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to company guidelines.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of all beverages, including company drinks, raw products, and effective pairings, with good experience in producing high-quality and visually appealing hot beverages using various techniques.
  • Order and control bar stock to minimize waste.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene in the work environment.
