About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Excellence Director – Facades to join our team at Neom. As a key member of our Design Excellence team, you will be responsible for leading the design of all facades within THE LINE Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design of all facades within THE LINE Region.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive façade design strategy aligned with THE LINE delivery strategy.
  • Manage the development of façade designs and coordination of associated activities across THE LINE.
  • Responsible for delivering THE LINE Design Management mandate, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop implementation plans for Facade Design considering project-specific requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to source opportunities for Facade Design.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with technology providers and industry experts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and provide mentorship to ensure successful execution of the Facade Design strategy.
  • Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure successful project execution.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of Façade Designs on project timelines and costs.
  • Regularly monitor and report on progress to leadership.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of post-graduate architectural façade design and management experience.
  • Proven experience in an Architectural Practice.
  • Experience working in signature architecture design studios.
  • Design experience in various architectural façade types.
  • Experience in façade design and construction materials.
  • Extensive project experience with large projects.
  • Experience in Middle East is appreciated.
