We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC technical expert to join our team as a business development specialist.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of chilled water systems, including applied equipment and control solutions. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance to consultants and clients throughout the design process, from project conception to detailed design stage.

  • Provide technical expertise on chilled water system design, selection, and specification.
  • Analyze HVAC requirements of projects and render technical guidance to consultants.
  • Conduct technical presentations to customers, perform feasibility studies, and provide information on new product developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, providing them with proper technical data and keeping them informed about products.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of relationship management principles. They will also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of HVAC systems and chilled water applied equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
