Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality and Process Excellence Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational transformation initiatives and leading the development of managed services frameworks based on ITIL best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, quality management, or transformation roles within IT Infrastructure and will be responsible for defining and monitoring quality metrics to ensure services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and align transformation goals with operational processes. Excellent leadership and project management skills are essential to succeed in this position.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including operational runbooks, operating models, and engagement models. A comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices and their application in service management processes is necessary to excel in this role.

Solid data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Macros, and Power BI are required to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT service management, quality management, or transformation roles within IT Infrastructure; managed services experience is a plus.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or PMP.
