Key Responsibilities

The Financial Data Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our invoices and payments related to our port and terminal operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Duties:
  • Prepare and verify the accuracy of billing data, including rates, quantities, and customer information.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records, both electronically and physically.
  • Process payments received from customers and accurately record them in the accounting system.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers regarding past-due payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
