**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Director to lead our Dammam branch, driving operational success and market growth for RecruitMe Plus.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the Dammam branch, managing sales, operations, and client relationships to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:**

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the branch, including the sales team, workshop, and warehouse.
  • Sales Strategy**: Direct and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Operational Efficiency**: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Client Relations**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Financial Management**: Oversee branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or branch management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Arabic and English is a must.

Salary:**

The estimated salary for this position is SR120,000 - SR180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
