We're looking for a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you'll be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance services on our luxury electric vehicles. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair services and maintenance tasks on luxury electric vehicles to meet customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations to diagnose issues and recommend repairs.
  • Work closely with our Team Leaders to resolve technical problems and ensure seamless after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update status reports through our Computerized Time Control Sheets.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promote center Kaizen activities to achieve set targets.
  • Use our service facilities, tools, and equipment efficiently to maintain high standards of safety, welfare, and branding image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in service or automotive repair.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance services, preferably with certification.
  • Excellent time management and stress tolerance skills.
  • Active learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
