We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Financial Auditor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, controlling and securing cash and cash equivalents, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secure and maintain all financial records and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and tables to management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions or records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience required, but a strong understanding of financial principles and practices is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in a financial auditing role or related field.
