We're looking for a Marketing Lead to join the team based out of Riyadh In this role, you'll partner with our Saudi Marketing Manager, the Sales, Experience, Comms, and Creative strategy, to bring to life high impact marketing partnerships in Saudi Arabia. Snap Inc. has made meaningful partnerships in the country and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community, this is a great opportunity to be part of our Snapchat story in Saudi Arabia

This position reports to the Head of MENA Marketing, based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Work with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  4. Manage and execute events, activations, and other marketing programs that promote the brand and drive business results.
  5. Lead the creation of case studies, videos, and marketing collateral to amplify partnership and co-marketing efforts.
  6. Collaborate with Design, Creative, and external vendors to guide the creative execution of deliverables, ensuring timely content approval in conjunction with the Legal team.
  7. Analyze performance data to optimize marketing initiatives and activities, ensuring appropriate investment in successful programs.
  8. Ensure alignment with Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams to facilitate seamless and efficient operational execution.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  2. 7+ years of relevant marketing experience developing and executing innovative marketing programs and activations for a brand or product in an agency or marketing organization.
  3. Travel required for events as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles, showcasing strong business acumen and successful execution of co-branded marketing activities.
  2. A proactive marketing professional, comfortable working in dynamic environments and thriving amidst ambiguity.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally and with external partners.
  4. Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills to ensure effective communication regardless of group size or seniority level.
  5. Exceptional project and program management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and performance measurement.
  6. Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with limited guidance, while also excelling in a team environment.
  7. Solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record in problem-solving.
  8. Strong focus on objectives and outcomes to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  9. Experience guiding creative production of marketing collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other materials.
  10. Experience in managing and executing events.
  11. A passion for Snapchat and belief in the value of creativity
