About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing winning bid strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and analyzing potential risks and opportunities associated with tenders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective bid strategies, considering technical specifications, commercial terms, and risk assessment
- Lead and coordinate internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate bid preparation
- Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with each tender and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil) is essential
- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in tendering and business development within the infrastructure sector
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
