About the Job:

  • Provide technical expertise for site inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, coordinating inspections and attending meetings as required.
  • Review project documents, preparing reports that inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Familiarize yourself with project conditions, reviewing issued reports to ensure comprehensive understanding.
  • Review and correct site inspection reports, upholding high standards of quality.
  • Perform tasks assigned by N+1 within competency limits, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Buildings Projects (Site Inspections + reviews).
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, with strong technical knowledge in Structural Engineering and Building Envelope.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages, with good report writing skills.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of engineering software (Etabs, Safe, etc).
