Position Overview

The Operating Crisis Management position involves providing operational support and assistance in directing and coordinating response, containment, and recovery efforts as per approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders connected to the Emergency and Crisis Management Operations Center.
  • Receive, gather, verify, and relay information between relevant entities as per established mechanisms.
  • Extract and present operational data to decision-makers from all approved crisis scenarios.
  • Monitor, gather, and classify information, extracting operational data from all approved crisis scenarios.
  • Assess and analyze early warning indicators, event logs, and measure the performance of plans and procedures, reviewing, and regularly updating them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, or security information systems, or cyber specializations, or a diploma in the same specialty, with no less than two years of experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic concepts in the field of emergencies and crises.
  • Good knowledge of Office programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Power BI.
  • Skill in writing reports and preparing presentations.
