Logistics Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate - Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at McDermott International, Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, managing logistics providers, and ensuring timely delivery.

1. Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods, including arranging shipments, managing logistics providers, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
2. Document Management: Support with the development and maintenance of transportation documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of import/export activities, including tracking and verifying all Logistics Service Providers' invoices.
4. Invoice Review: Review, audit, and verify all Logistics Service Providers' invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Account Management: Monitor and record all invoice records, ensuring proper follow-up to resolve any disputed invoices in a timely manner.
6. Reporting: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly accounts management reports, providing insights into logistics operations and performance.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
3. Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly.
4. Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with logistics providers, internal stakeholders, and management.
