About the Role
This mid-senior level position demands extensive coordination across engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery—on time, within budget, and to ALEC's high standards. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of high-end fit-out projects, from planning through execution to closeout. This includes reviewing project documentation, developing actionable plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and overseeing design coordination, technical submittals, material procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-profile projects that shape the Kingdom's construction landscape.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring strict adherence to quality control, compliance, and health & safety protocols on-site.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to manage all project communications and coordinate logistics.
- Administer commercial aspects, including payments, claims, variations, and closeout deliverables, while guiding and mentoring project teams.
- Implement performance and recognition systems to drive team success and excellence.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 15 years in construction, preferably in the GCC, with strong expertise in hospitality, hotel, retail, and commercial fit-out projects. Your knowledge of Middle East construction regulations and processes is also crucial. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
