Job Description:

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution network. Your responsibilities will include preparing LPOs for vehicle services, data entry for driver-related information, filing and clerical tasks, updating trip sheets and vehicle logs, maintaining distribution expenses, tracking and reporting delivery times, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LPO preparation for vehicle services
  • Data entry for driver-related information
  • Filing and clerical tasks
  • Update trip sheet and vehicle log
  • Maintain data on Excel sheets
  • Update and analyze distribution expenses
  • Track and report delivery times
  • File and maintain delivery manual notes

Requirements:

  • Good level of Arabic and English
  • Good level in Excel
  • 1-2 years of solid experience in Retail Last mile
  • Flexibility to work in a warehouse environment
