Job Summary: Chef De Partie

This role is pivotal in our efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will join our kitchen team as a Chef De Partie and contribute to our mission. Key responsibilities include collaborating with our head chef, managing kitchen operations, staff supervision, menu development, and inventory control.

Main Duties:

  1. Lead by example, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Collaborate with the head chef to plan and coordinate food preparation when needed.
  3. Aid in solving operational issues promptly.
  4. Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline kitchen operations.
  5. Provide clear direction to team members regarding tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Source and purchase supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  7. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  8. Encourage open communication and teamwork among colleagues.
  9. Present high-quality dishes that meet our quality standards.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need prior experience as a DCDP or CDP, a minimum of 8 years in the hospitality and catering industry, and current residency in KSA. Proficiency in English and relevant experience in a food manufacturing facility are also valuable assets.
