The Senior Contract Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Facility Management team to ensure efficient work execution, in line with strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.
You will manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet functional challenges and goals. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.
Additionally, you will contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Facility Management function systems, processes, and practices, considering 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership, time management, team building, and project management skills, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering Quality Surveying or any related field, and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
