We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Formwork Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of project coordination and team leadership. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project teams and processes, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in English (and Arabic) is mandatory for effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project teams and processes to ensure efficient project execution and maximum client satisfaction.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Doka, providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring correct material handling and return.">
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including short-term and long-term goals/milestones, and create recovery plans as needed.">
  • Support clients in using Doka materials correctly, safely, and efficiently.">
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.">
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.">
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes from site and internal project meetings.">
  • Ensure design improvements at site are communicated to the engineering department.">
  • Document best practices and project conclusions for knowledge sharing.">
  • Provide on-site training and support to contractors.">
  • Verify client understanding of system formwork usage and assembly.">
  • Monitor material delivery and return.">
  • Provide constructive feedback to relevant departments.">
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.">
