Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon to join our medical team at Avenues Resources Consultants. As a senior neurosurgical consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our neurosurgery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Governed by Medical Staff Bylaws.
  2. Ensure delivery of excellent neurosurgical care and promote quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Perform operations within approved privileges and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Maintain presence in the working vicinity during normal working hours and ensure availability for contact at all times while in town.
  5. Work under supervision of consultants and section heads, with restricted responsibilities as assigned.
  6. Participate in training and education of junior staff, including attendances at academic activities and research meetings.
  7. Actively engage in quality management programs and meet Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.
  8. Ensure approval of time off requests by the chairman and maintain teamwork spirit within the division.
