CARE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our local store marketing team as a Local Store Market Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring competitors' activities, conducting customer surveys, addressing branch technical issues, maintaining branch look & feel standards, and managing and distributing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Competitor Monitoring: Prepare weekly reports that include current promotional offers by competitors, new products launched, and new branch openings.
  2. Customer Feedback: Design and execute periodic surveys to measure customer satisfaction, including sandwich customers and competitors' customers to analyze their needs and expectations.
  3. Branch Support: Document technical issues faced by branches and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  4. Visual Identity: Ensure branches comply with CARE's visual identity standards, including product display and marketing materials.
  5. Resource Allocation: Manage and distribute marketing materials to branches.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in local store marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in competitor analysis, customer survey design, and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
