Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DRI Specialist to oversee and optimize the production of Direct Reduced Iron. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of DRI plants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Optimization

Oversee the operation and optimization of DRI plants to maximize productivity and quality.

Coordinate with team members to execute DRI production activities, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Monitor and analyze DRI production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing process changes to enhance productivity and quality.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during DRI production.

Maintain accurate records of production data and activities, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DRI production, applying this knowledge to optimize processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in DRI production, with a strong understanding of DRI production processes and equipment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, with a strong understanding of process optimization and improvement techniques.
