The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This includes conducting regular site inspections, reviewing contractor documents, and advising on QA/QC requirements.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all contractors adhere to our site-specific quality requirements and procedures. This involves verifying the assessment of construction methods, conducting formal site inspections, and monitoring site activities on a daily basis.

To be successful in this position, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and safety, and who is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct quality activities to ensure compliance with requirements
  2. Advise contractors on QA/QC requirements
  3. Review contractor documents
  4. Verify the assessment of construction methods
  5. Conduct formal site inspections and meetings
  6. Monitor site activities and conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in QA/QC supervision
  • Technical competencies in quality management, auditing & compliance, inspections, building & infrastructure maintenance
