">We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Contracts Administrator II, responsible for managing the FMS contract, leading a team of contracts administrators, and ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Contract Management: Manage the FMS contract, ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR).
- Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of contracts administrators, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support FMS contract activities.
- Contract Negotiation and Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate and execute contract modifications, amendments, and other related agreements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to FMS contracts.
- Financial Management: Oversee contract financial management activities, including invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and foreign governments to facilitate effective communication and contract performance.
- Contract Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze contract performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to optimize FMS contract management activities.
Requirements
">- Strong understanding of U.S. government regulations (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and international trade laws (FCPA).
- Experience with contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
